How can i loose 2 stone in a month and be motivated to do it and not be lazy an crave for food please help!!!!?

17short 5'1 and have bad skin and weight problems ma belly has begun to hang an i am 10 stone an was 8.5 a yr ago. I really need help and i dont even do these things but i am desperate now i hate the way i look i put my head down when ppl espesh guys look at me an i dont ike who i am boi iv said a bit but please help me an if you got tips to make me not eat/get hungry every hour that would hep 2! The best way to loose weight is through diet and exercise. But make sure you don't overdo it. Losing weight takes time. Your health is more important than how you look. When exercising take it easy at first. Don't try to kill yourself so you lose weight faster. If you exercise you won't be as hungry because your metabolism is increased and you will but calories a lot more efficiently.
